Strategic Tender Specialist

AliveDx supports laboratorians and clinicians in changing patient lives for the better. With its unique portfolio, the company delivers clinical and economic value – enabling faster diagnoses and providing streamlined, reliable workflows. As the focus shifts from development to sales, the Tender Specialist plays a pivotal role in accelerating the win-rate and securing high-value contracts across hospital networks and laboratories.

Commercial momentum is growing rapidly, highlighted by the recent signing of a first long-term contract in the UK, evaluations completed at eighteen sites worldwide, and initial steps into the US market in anticipation of upcoming FDA approvals. This makes it the perfect time for a Tender Specialist to join the team and take ownership of our end-to-end public procurement and bidding strategy across our priority markets, including the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Canada, and Australia.

Working side-by-side with Commercial Leadership and Regional Sales teams, the Strategic Tender Specialist will qualify and pursue high-value tenders across our target markets to capture every viable opportunity in the market. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), the Strategic Tender Specialist will lead the global Tender Office and manage the Operational Tender Specialist, elevating and professionalizing our entire tender lifecycle.

This is a permanent position with a standard 37.5 hour working week. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with occasional travel to our site near Edinburgh (Milton Bridge, EH26 0BF).
