QUALITY & REGULATORY AFFAIRS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

 

AliveDx is recruiting for a Quality and Regulatory Affairs Administrative Assistant to join the Quality and Regulatory Affairs department based near Edinburgh (EH26 0BF).  This role will be responsible for providing professional and administrative support to the Quality and Regulatory Affairs department.

 

The role is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday.


YOUR MISSION

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Undertake a wide range of administrative duties, to ensure the smooth running of the Quality and Regulatory Affairs department.
  • Enable effective communication within the department and the wider business through the use of intranet, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams etc.
  • Assist with review and generation of labels, instructions for use and packaging working with Regulatory Affairs, Quality and external suppliers.
  • Participate in Document Management Process activities such as completing periodic reviews and acknowledgements within desired timescales.
  • Act as a key centralised resource to share knowledge and support Quality and Regulatory Affairs.

 

YOUR COMPETENCIES

  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills with a high level of administrative competence and excellent attention to detail
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise of MS Office and SharePoint
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced working environment.
  • Effective business and personal skills to build relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Trustworthy with confidential information
