Your Mission
As a Production Operator in our Formulation and Monoclonal Manufacturing Teams, you’ll play a vital role in producing high-quality diagnostic products that meet our Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Manufacturing products to specification, schedules, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Supporting manufacturing processes within our TROPOS ERP system, including:
- Preparation of buffers and reagents
- Filtration and filling of buffers/reagents for progression to clean room environments
- Antibody adsorption
- Conversion of plasma donations to serum
- Concentration, potentiation, dilution, and formulation of monoclonal antibodies
- Cultivating monoclonal cell lines for cell banking, tissue culture, or fermentation.
- Maintaining a clean lab environment, managing stock levels, and completion of accurate documentation.
- Ensuring equipment operates correctly and adhers to procedures for maintenance.
- Performing all tasks in compliance with GMP, Good Documentation Practice (GDP), and relevant regulatory requirements.
Your Competencies
- Standard Grade (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
- Preferred experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment, ideally within a GMP setting
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and IT skills
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Experience in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Availability for occasional weekend overtime, as required
- Please Note: This role is physically demanding and involves routine manual handling of up to 20 liters/kilograms
