Your Mission
As a Production Operator in our Formulation and Monoclonal Manufacturing Teams, you’ll play a vital role in producing high-quality diagnostic products that meet our Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Manufacturing products to specification, schedules, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Supporting manufacturing processes within our TROPOS ERP system, including:
  • Preparation of buffers and reagents
  • Filtration and filling of buffers/reagents for progression to clean room environments
  • Antibody adsorption
  • Conversion of plasma donations to serum
  • Concentration, potentiation, dilution, and formulation of monoclonal antibodies
• Cultivating monoclonal cell lines for cell banking, tissue culture, or fermentation.
• Maintaining a clean lab environment, managing stock levels, and completion of accurate documentation.
• Ensuring equipment operates correctly and adhers to procedures for maintenance.
• Performing all tasks in compliance with GMP, Good Documentation Practice (GDP), and relevant regulatory requirements.

Your Competencies

• Standard Grade (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
• Preferred experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment, ideally within a GMP setting
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and IT skills
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Experience in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Availability for occasional weekend overtime, as required
• Please Note: This role is physically demanding and involves routine manual handling of up to 20 liters/kilograms
