SENIOR SALES OPERATION PROCESS OWNERS

 

AliveDx is seeking a Senior Sales Operation Process Owners to join our Sales Operations & Customer Services department based in Eysins, Switzerland. This is a full-time permanent position.


YOUR MISSION

 

As the Sales Operations and Order-to-Cash (O2C) Process Owner, you will lead the end-to-end sales support and order management lifecycle, serving as the subject matter expert for commercial processes and tools.

 

As part of this team, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Act as the process owner and subject matter expert (SME) for the full Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflow—from order entry through to invoicing
  • Lead the configuration, contracting, pricing, and quoting (CPQ) processes to ensure accurate and timely proposal generation
  • Manage the Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce), ensuring high-quality data, clear pipeline visibility, and reliable reporting dashboards
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable internal controls and external regulatory standards, including SOX, GDPR, ISO 13485, and IVDR
  • Partner with Finance department on invoicing accuracy, revenue recognition, credit management, and collections processes

 

YOUR COMPETENCIES

 

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, O2C, or Commercial Excellence roles ideally in the medical device, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (Oracle, Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with international trade terms, tax/VAT implications, and multilingual environments
  • Experience with CPQ tools, BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau), and EDI systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
  • Customer-centric and quality-focused mindset
