Commercial Support Specialist (Alba)

 

AliveDx is recruiting for a Commercial Support Specialist to join the Alba Commercial team based in the US. The Customer Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting our customers and our Account Executives by managing customer inquiries, overseeing sales reporting, maintaining CRM accuracy, managing standing orders, and collaborating with our Sales, Operations and Marketing teams. This position is ideal for a customer-focused professional with laboratory and blood bank experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

 

The role is a full-time, permanent position working 40 hours per week.

 

YOUR MISSION

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Act as next-level support for customer inquiries escalated from UPS and internal teams
  • Proactively identify and resolve order and account issues with urgency
  • Provide high-touch, “white glove” service to select high-value strategic accounts
  • Build strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention
  • Manage annual standing order renewals in close collaboration with the Sales team
  • Support vendor qualification requests and sample order coordination
  • Maintain and manage Salesforce CRM data
  • Assist with product cross-referencing for quotes and RFPs
  • Support email and phone-based sales campaigns (education, small hospitals, GPO alliances, etc.)
  • Assist with preparation and execution of national and regional trade shows
  • Support customer management for U.S. clinical trials related to FDA requirements
  • Provide support to the Head of Commercial on special projects and reporting

 

 

YOUR COMPETENCIES

  • Associate Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or equivalent
  • Laboratory experience, preferably with blood bank exposure
  • Demonstrated Customer Service or Sales Support experience
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and can-do mindset
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively as well as collaborate across teams.
